Determined to make a positive change in his life, and after becoming a father, he decided to pursue his passion for music. All of which culmiated in the release of his 2011 debut EP. With over 10 years' experience in the Toronto, Hip-hop scene, opening for various local and international artists, Contious has now devoted his life to being a mentor and the visionary behind the musical label, Love Over Colours Shining Our Unique Light in Darkness (LocSoulid Inc.). In the fall of 2018, after a hiatus from the music industry, he released Contious Era Vol 1. The EP chronicles his life and the positive avenues that he’s taken to get to this very moment.  In 2021, he's taking it to the next level with the release of his latest EP Contious Era Vol 2 - Creed.  In the deluxe edition, Contiou gives his latest releases and blends together remastered versions of Contious Era Vol. 1.
